RESTORE BY MYHRA

my personal Journey with Fear

Health Coach Kristi
Health Coach & Functional Nutritional Counselor (Focus with Auto-immune)

I lived a life in fear for multiple years. I created a toxic body not just with poor lifestyle habits but with emotions, and a faulty belief system which contributed to an autoimmune. I praise God that He freed me from the grip of fear and has renewed my health educating me on the power of healthy habits, how to proper detox, fill in the gaps with nutrition and recreate a body of resilience. This knowledge I would love to pass down to my health renewed. We are here to target root causes, which include the mind, body and spirit. When Jesus Healed in the bible, you will often find he is addressing a whole being. Therefore we will not just focus on the body, but the whole being. I pray that you are encouraged, enlightened and empowered and your health is restored with My Health Community. “Woman thou art loose…”

Course FAQ

  • Overcoming an illness is not a walk in the park. It takes discipline, determination and a strong cord of support to help pick you up when you fall. We are looking to achieve progress not perfection. However, as we recreate habits that are life giving, we will create a body of resilience.

  • The toxic load is going to be different for everyone. But when you are dealing with a chronic or terminal illness, we are dealing with a body that is overtoxicaated and unable to function properly. Because of this we detox first through lifestyle choice learning how to identify what is a toxin in our life. Then as we go more in depth it is always important to make sure your pathways are moving and working properly when getting rid of exo and endotoxins. If you notice you have a bad reaction, do not keep going. Slow down and re-evaluate. If our pathways are not working properly we can become more toxic then before. It is always good to seek medical advice, have. a doctor work along side you monitoring you along the way.

  • Great question, everyone is different and some may require more than others. However, our goal is not to live on pills (even if its vitamins) , but to get as much as we can with food first, then suppliment where your body lacks. But just because you are low on zinc doesn’t mean take zinc. Understanding why and how to proper correct is important before popping a pill.
